Late Entry Fees of $20 per person will be applied from the 20th October 2010 (NB Challenge and Juniors $10)
Limited Entries
Entries are limited to 1,000 riders in each race. K2 and Orca K1 riders will be asked to estimate time on entry ( seen next section on starting groups).
Online Entry
To enter please use our secure on-line system with payment by Visa, Mastercard or Internet Banking. All entries will receive confirmation of acceptance of their entry by return email.

Withdrawals
Competitors that withdraw from the event prior to 3 weeks before race day can either have their entry fee refunded less a $20 cancellation fee or transfer their entry fee in full to next years K2 or any other ARC event. There will be no refunds for withdrawals in the 3 weeks prior to race day.
Cancellation
In extreme weather or Force Majeure the event may be cancelled at any time. In this situation entry fees are non -refundable, although we will do our best to reschedule the event.
